Document Download: Gifted and Talented Policy

The 'Gifted and Talented Policy Template' is a document that should be implemented in schools to document the procedure for identifying and support students with gifts and / or talents.

This is an example and there is no such thing as a perfect policy, and it is an ever evolving beast.

You may edit in accordance with your school context, including changing gifted and talented to another term such as 'More and/or Exceptionally Able' or other.

This is not intended to be a cut and paste policy – you will need to read it, add to it, and delete it according to your content.  

This is designed to be a starting point for you.
